PLEASE DO NOT WALK INTO THE CLINIC FOR AN APPOINTMENT. You must phone ahead to check our physician availability for the week. Please call 604-568-7229 and follow the prompts. In-person or telehealth visits will be arranged accordingly. Priority for appointments is given to our returning patients. As we cannot meet the current demand for same-day appointments, we are now aiming to provide an appointment within the same week if possible.

Our appointment slots for the week are open starting EVERY MONDAY morning at 8:00 AM. Based on availability, appointments for the same-week will be booked Monday through to Saturday of the same-week ONLY. We are closed on Sundays. Once all the same-week appointments have been assigned, we are considered fully booked for the week, unless there is a cancellation.

At this time, we unfortunately are not able to accept new patients into our family practice as all of our family physicians have a full roster.

CERVICAL CANCER SCREENING (PAP SMEAR) APPOINTMENTS

We have a team of female physicians who provide this service on a monthly basis. If you are in need of this screening test, please call 604-568-7229 for the next available appointment.

CURRENT COVID-19 POLICIES

In certain circumstances, the clinic may require you to take a rapid antigen test for COVID-19 with a negative result before you will be granted an in-person visit.

If you have tested positive on a rapid antigen test for COVID-19 and you are fully vaccinated (triple vaccinated), you must wait a minimum of 5 days and be symptom-free before you may request an in-person visit.

If you have tested positive on a rapid antigen test for COVID-19 and you are not fully vaccinated (triple vaccinated), you must wait a minimum of 10 days and be symptom-free before you may request an in-person visit.

Cross Roads Specialist Clinic

Our specialists include: Paediatrics, Dermatology, Gynaecology and General Surgery.

All specialist appointments require a REFERRAL FROM YOUR FAMILY PHYSICIAN. Please ask your family physician to fax a referral request to our clinic.

Paediatric and Gynaecology visits include in-person and telehealth appointments.

Dermatology and General Surgery appointments are all in-person appointments unless otherwise arranged.
